Strong wood glue
This is the best wood glue. I ordered Elmer's wood glue from Amazon while standing in the isle of a hardware store when I realized they didn't have Elmer's.

Good bonding glue
Tried and true, great bonding power. I tested this glue against 4 other brands, this glue made the strongest "T" (butt) joint. Wicks in well. First choice for glue from now on. I have used it for decades but tried the newest fad.. back to Elmers

When you repair furniture, have this glue close at hand.
Just used this glue to repair a splintered workbench drawer. The stuff set so quickly, I didn't need a clamp. I merely held the pieces together with a single hand for about 30-35 seconds, and the repair was set. I used a C-clamp on the repair but I really didn't need it. Elmer's has been producing quality products longer than I've been alive, I used many of them and still do,. and I've never had a problem. This wood clue is no different.

Works
Holds well. I used this with hardwood round plugs for holes that carpenter bees were making.

Best wood glue you can use.
I’ve been using Elmer’s products for ever and they have never failed me. The wood glue is fantastic and it stronger than the wood itself. The great thing is you can paint or stain it when it’s dry. Highly recommended! Give it the proper time to cure and clamp it if you can and it will never come apart.

Elmer's is an American staple for many projects that other's just can't do.
I have tried many others in my day, but Elmer's is still the best!

Happy to have glue that doesn't block the stain
Inevitable, I always seem to miss a spot or two of glue to remove from something I am making. I find out after I have stained it. Removing the glue after staining still shows an obvious mark. To test this out, I glued something and didn't remove the glue. I am very happy to say that I don't think I will have that problem again. I won't use it in areas that can't be seen because this cost a little bit more, but I will definitely use it.
