WENFENG Chef Knife，Professional 8 inch kitchen Knives Ultra-sharp Chef's Knife

I really like this knife. I own a few brands of knives and this one is quickly becoming my go to. It was sharp out the box. Nice packaging. Handle is very comfortable and blade shape makes for a really nice chopper. I wasn't expecting this nice of a knife. So far I am impressed with the steel, construction and over all quality.

I've bought a lot of knives in my life and they all usually don't last long. This is the only knife I've used since I received it. Wish I would've ordered four more.

Amazingly sharp and great value. Handle a bit too wide and so shiny and smooth that food sticks to blade but it cuts well.Overall I am very pleased with it.

I purchased this for my husband, however I have used it just as much as he has! It is absolutely excellent and cuts through everything easily.

I ordered three and two came with the tip broken. It’s described as higher carbon steal. Don’t be fooled. It may have a slightly higher carbon content then most knives but no where near the the amount of carbon in a good knife. Carbon makes the steal stronger and the edge last longer. Handel is amazing!! In a professional kitchen the blade sharpness lasted about two weeks. So in a home kitchen you should be good for years.
