Drive Belt for 12" Planers

I looked for a replacement belt for my 12' Delta planner and was hoping I could find one. The planner is about 20 years old and has had enough oak run through it to make woodwork and cabinets for a large house. I also has prepared lumber for many other wood projects threw the years and I am glad to keep it running. This drive belt fit well, it was reasonably easy to put on and works well. I have not run more than a few boards through at this time, but the belt works and it seems tough. Their was a belt also available with the original part number, but the shipping was so outrageous that I went with this one. It gets my recommendation.

Seems to work fine and since it is my husband I probably won't know of any trouble until it breaks.

was smaller than the picture shown, only had six ribs and the needed nine. This lasted through about half a day of use and then was gone.

This is my chance to say I am disappointed in Amazon. I ordered a book for a friend in Santa Barbara as a gift, then I ordered this beltfor my planner on which I had burned a belt getting wood ready to build a cradle. Where was belt shipped to Santa Barbara. I am stillwaiting for it to be mailed on.. So I am stalled in Water right now

I usually try to stick with the manufacturer for my shop equipment repairs but took a chance with this Amazon vendor. I was not disappointed when I examined the belt and installed it on my planer.I am giving it five stars because the part met the vendors claims and the transaction was flawless.

perfect and exact match to my existing belt. Purchased it as a backup to have when required for replacement.
