Works great. Sounds much better than the Polycom we replaced. The additional features are a great value. The only problem is that you'll need external mics for a large room, but that's actually not a bad thing, since our Polycom didn't even have the option.

The return window on this item was very small. We purchased 2 of these phones in November of 2018 and the window of return ended in December 2018. We started having trouble with one of the units in February

The range from base station is not that great. loses connection constantly from the base station only about 10ft away

Works great and has a lot of range and the charging stand is great. Have only had for 3 months.so cannot attest to the reliability but I like it better than the Polycom that I replaced.

WeWork provides these for us in their conference rooms. Even in a two-person meeting with the phone on the table and less than a foot away from the person callers on the other end can barely understand what we are saying. You have to get really close in order for the others to hear you. Speakers sound muffled too.We resorted to plugging in speakerphones into a computer to connect via a web conferencing service. Yamaha YVC-1000 is unsurpassed for medium-larger rooms but its price is out of reach for most. ClearOne Chat 150 is good for small-medium meetings in rooms with good acoustics, but will break if transported around a lot. Good luck!

Great phone for medium/large conference room. Voices are loud and clear on both ends of the line. 15 minute set up. Would recommend this conference phone.
