No. I am an 11.5 men’s and it was a stretch getting them on

It depends on your skin and how long you left the bootie on for. I started to see peeling after several days - maybe day 4 or 5

I believe it’s 5 or 6 pair of socks in a package

Q: Is moisturizing recommended during the peeling process?

It doesn't really say but you will find your feet peeling so much that you may not want to rub them in excess. They idea is to let the skin peel off naturally because excessive rubbing could cause "fresh/new" skin to also peel off, and that is painful. You will be happy with results and you can moisturize from there.
