NIMAN RANCH Pork Bratwurst, 12 OZ

These were delicious! Throw them in a skillet with a quarter cup of water and a little olive oil. By the time the water evaporates, they are warmed up. Crisp and they are ready to eat. They didn't quite fit into the brioche hot dog bun (WF brand) but I made do. I think they'd be great with caramelized onions, but didn't take the time to try. I'll be buying again for sure.

Made these alongside the store brand. These were so much better. As good as our usual favorite but much more humane.

I really like Niman Ranch branded products... bacon and sausage in particular.No added sugar and no nitrites and nitrates in their uncured pork products.Prices are somewhat expensive, but I find them on sale at Whole Foods and some other retailers on occasion and sometimes I stock up and freeze for future use.Well seasoned but mild tasting... excellent overall for uncured pork products.

I like to slice it and give it a quick fry to eat with rice and eggs. But you can also put it on a bun with caramelized onions and mustard. I like the taste, flavor, and texture.

Favorite brats for sure!!! They taste perfect with Kraut, good seed filled Mustard, pretzel rolls for sausages and horseradish! Yummy. Perfect for the day after a holiday with a ham and peanut soup

I am not sure what traditional Bratwurst tastes like, so please keep this in mind regarding my review. I bought this on a whim because I was craving bangers and mash, took a chance on bratwurst and this brand and am so glad I did. It is clean tasting, mild, and delicious. Went perfectly with my homemade mashed potatoes. I will purchase again.
