MetallicGear Neo Series (ITX, Neo Mini V2- Silver)

It was a pleasure to build a PC in this case. Access to all components was easy and the instructions were clear. Build quality was very nice and there were plenty of cable routes to result in a tidy build. If you want a nice case that is not too flashy but gives you a view inside the computer, look no further. My only slight disappointment was that I had no idea how to get to the cardboard box containing the instructions and the bits that was nicely wedged in a drive bay; the front cover is a snap fit, but that was not obvious. It is probably more a testament to the good build quality of the case as it had no give and required a good pull to come apart. I had to look instructions up on the internet.

Build quality feels excellent. Really sturdy.The layout feels really well planned and there is ample space for components.I have been monitoring the temps on my machine and, with three fans, the temperature seems good so airflow doesn't appear to be an issue.I definitely recommend using the with a modular PSU because that's the only thing that was difficult for me and the end result was not as tidy as it could be. Not the cases fault, but it if you are planning a new build around this then opt for a modular one.

Both sides rock full glass panels, with a tasteful black pattern on the lower half to hide the PSU basement. There's a cool cable compartment near the front which closes with a thumbscrew. The side-mounted USB ports and restart button are a nice touch visually. Airflow from the front is of course limited due to the solid panel. Additionally, the cable from the aforementioned USB ports and restart key goes right in front of the upper front fan, and isn't long enough to route around while still reaching the motherboard. There are no fan mounting points on the top.For £65 or less, pretty good if you don't mind the lack of airflow.

It’s a good case and has a small form factor for a tax motherboard but be cautioned You’ll need strong fans to bring enough air in through the front as there isn’t much gap for airflow. But all around it’s a strong well built case that looks great.

Excellent build quality with very good cable management. Plenty of room for large GPU even though case is small. Only downside is airflow is not the best due to only 3 fan positions but looks outweigh that.

The black and silver finish on the bottom , front(behind Aluminium panel) and rear of the neo mini v2 seems to be spray painted not powder coated so be careful .Also the auros x570 itx motherboard sits a little high due to the backplate (no fault of metallicgear).A Nice looking itx case with plenty of room ,just a pity about the paint job.

Good looking case, blocks noise pretty well. Cable management is tight but usable. Very happy with it.

This case is large for ITX however it is probably the smallest conventional setup case that can support a full size card and a 280mm radiator with an ATX power supply. The product looks clean when fully built. Thermals are okay, not amazing but you can only expect so much from an ITX case with a closed front. My only wish is that MTALLICGEAR would sell an optional mesh front to replace the front panel.

Habe mir dieses Gehäuse gekauft, da es die Größe „ITX“ aufweist, dazu ein Glaspanel hat und einfach toll aussieht, in Sachen Preis/Leistung unschlagbar.Es passt alles super hinein, das Kabelmanagement auf der Rückseite ist auch sehr praktisch, besonders die Aushöhlung oben beim Netzteil, dort kann man die Kabel schön verstauen und mit einem Klettverschluss (Bestandteil des Gehäuses) befestigen.In Sachen Airflow kann das Gehäuse auch nur punkten, installiert wurden 3x 120mm Lüfter.Meine RTX 3060 von Zotac kommt mit einem schönen Undervolt nicht über 60° und ist dazu noch unhörbar!Habe mir mittels MSI Afterburner mehrere Profile angelegt z.B. für Rocket League ein etwas schwächeres Profil mit einem höheren Undervolt, hier erreicht die Karte 40°-45°.Für z.B. CoD Warzone dann ein stärkeres Profil, trzd aber noch im Undervolt-Bereich.Die CPU (Ryzen 5 5600x) kommt ebenso nicht über 60°, bewegt sich meist irgendwo zwischen 45°-55° herum, hier wurde mittels Ryzen Master etwas getrickst.Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir!

The media could not be loaded.  I was debating this or the Cooler Master NR200P but I am happy that I choose this case. Looks amazing, high quality materials, great cooling and also just fits the hyper 212 evo with the glass installed.This case is perfect for first time ITX builders like myself because it’s basically a small normal PC but fits everything you need. Also has. IO capability with dual radiator support. The underglow light on the front can sync with your other lighting components with supported motherboard in my case ARock Z490 ITX TB3.Cable management is also very great and I didn’t even use zip ties. Mounting SSDs on the back side looks really cool when you open the opposite side panel. Overall I’m very impressed. Only downside is no dedicated reset button and the button click on the power button doesn’t have a premium click feel. But again for the price cheaper than the Nr200p I’m super happy. Plus great cooling and a nice clean elegant look. Reminds me of an apple pc .

Voilà un bon petit boitier en alu (chose rare pour le prix), il dégage un sentiment de qualité.1 vitres de chaque coté pour laisser voir l'intérieur. Les passage de câbles sont pratiques et bien dissimulés.En point négatif je mettrais l'emplacement des disques durs 2,5. J'aurais préféré pouvoir les mettre au dos de la CM mais on peut choisir de les placer dans les 2 paniers disponibles en face avant.Vraiment un bon achat pour ce prix, un boitier de qualité, robuste , et très mignon.Je ne regrette pas cet achat.

Mycket trevlig låda, ända som var ett minus va de väldigt snålt tilltagna utrymmet för kablar på baksidan.

This case is very attractive and modern looking. Very sturdy build quality. Plenty of room for components and easy to hide long wires. Uses the same L.E.D. strips as other Phanteks cases, but there is not any strips included with this case. L.E.D. color is controlled by extra push-button next to power button. A single 120mm fan is included in the case.
