Update to My Previous Review – Excellent Resolution and GratitudeI wanted to provide an update regarding my previous concerns with charges on my account. Initially, I was frustrated after going back and forth via email for several days with little clarity—getting the same explanation reworded in different ways. It felt like no real progress was being made.However, since leaving my review, Spytec GPS went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Not only did they refund the charges I questioned, but they also generously reimbursed several months’ worth of fees I had previously paid. I truly appreciate this gesture and the effort they ultimately made to make things right.I do not want to be share the exact resolution I received because there are a lot of people in the world who try to complain about purchases just to obtain compensation . My situation was unique I never expected to receive anything Beyond the last charge because sometimes problems are in part due to confusion between buyer and seller I am truly grateful for how fairly and kindly it was handled in the end. And I have since purchased another item and have no complaints whatsoever.As for the product itself—it remains one of the better GPS trackers on the market. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and has been a solid tool for my needs. I sincerely thank the team at Spytec GPS for their support and follow-through.The tracker is great and the battery is one of the better ones however accuracy isn’ttoo good but I’ve definitely seen worse. Billing note that’s a whole other matter. I was billed for two trackers even tho I have never used more than one at any given moment as I deactivated the lost one when I ordered the second one and never have figured out why I was billed $34.95 AND $24.95 simultaneously with an explanation that I had two trackers. Nope only have need for one why would I use two!!! Anyway going back and forth repeatedly getting nowhere I dropped the account altogether.

Well wat can I say bout this product simply the best on the market by far. Not only did it do wat it was suppose to do. But at the end trying to figure out how to work this product was absolutely easy. I recommend buying this because it's easy to use it's step by step program it's so easy to understand. It's amazing.

I'm a caregiver for my disabled veteran father in law. He likes to wonder off, I've tried multiple different trackers including air tag, and had no success with everything needing to be connected through Bluetooth somehow. He doesn't carry a phone . I recieved this same day shipping last night and just turned it on and started testing it out but I can say so far, I'm very pleased. FINALLY something that tracks him in real time with pinpoint location. It was a little confusing to set up but if you go to the website to look up the manual it's easy peasy. (it doesn't come with instructions except for activation) it's a bit bulky, especially with the case. But we don't plan to use that since it'll just go in his pocket. The magnets on the care are SUPER strong though. Photos added to show size coompared to normal bic lighter

The tracker works great. I just don't like being forced to give reviews. The monthly subscription is a bit pricy, though at around $30.00 per month, but the tracker works very well.

It works but the positioning is a little off. If my car is in the driveway it'll show the car at the neighbors house. And the plan is a little high priced.

Just received the tracker working great so far and of good quality unlike some other electronic items on amazon

This thing is very hard to set up and there are very little directions. There are no indicators to let me know if it’s charging, if it’s tracking, how to turn it on. Nothing. It’s a very frustrating product, I’d advise this company to provide more information on setup.

They work great. Complex to figure out at first but you figure it out. Customer service is US-based and excellent. Agents are proactive in making contact to address issues early on while you are getting acclimated to the technology.
