Surprisingly satisfied
I have high hopes for this one. I had hot flashes several times a day for about 6 months and then they suddenly stopped. I was hot flash-free for about 3 months and they came back with a vengeance. I have been absolutely SUFFERING from hot flashes for the last 3 months - about 12 times/day and night. I started this product a couple of weeks ago, and to my surprise, the hot flashes have reduced in number and intensity - I'm down to about 2 per day and they're manageable. No relief yet from fatigue and still haven't dropped any weight, but I'll take this as a win.

Works!
Amazing! I was having terrible cravings, low energy, and trouble sleeping. I started taking this and almost instantly the cravings went away, I am eating healthy again. Sleep is much better and energy levels are fantastic! I never leave reviews, but I have seriously recommended this product to everyone!

Made symptoms worse, but seller made it right!
Update: seller contacted me and offered a refund. 5 stars for customer service!Two stars just for being Thorne. I trust their products. This one however made hot flashes and night sweats much much worse. Had to stop taking it. Waste of money for me.

Precisely what I needed
I love this product, I’ve been taking it for about 7 months and have never felt better. I’m 51 and have tried HRT and other supplements like Happy Mammoth, which all had side effects I don’t like. Nothing compares to a meta Balance.

Bye bye Night Sweats
Menopause really SUCKS! I had been taking another all natural brand prescribed by my doctor, as the Hormone therapy pills were making me quite sick. I researched and had known about Thorne through some Integrative Health Symposiums but never used them.Well all I can say is after 2 days I was sleeping soundly and the best part, NO MORE HOT FLASHES.Worth every penny.

This product made me sick to my stomach and cause severe constipation. Will never buy this product again and I can’t get a refund.

Doesn't work for everyone
I love the brand. I have not seen any difference in my hot flashes unfortunately. I was recommended to try this by a NP. I wish I could say it helped.
