It doesnt... which is my only complaint about it. Wish I knew before ordering. Otherwise it fits very nicely.

Well for reference I'm about 5'4 and weight between 115-120 last time I checked and the small size for me was perfect; with bathing suits like this I would think you want them to be snug enough so they don't fall off while you're swimming because they do get looser. I would go with what you normally wear for bathing suits, Maybe L?
