Great combination.
Not only for Peruvian taste, you can add these sauces to your fries, fish, BBQ's or salad. They are very addicted. I am not Peruvian, but I love these sauces. Tari sauce has cheddar cheese, Huancaina has farmers cheese such as mozarella kind, and Rocoto Uchucuta is better than Red Hot Chili Sauce. Try them, you will love them.I made a beet, potato, carrot, green peas salad with some Tari and mince boiled egg I think I invented a new recipe. You can find online many recipes to set in these three sauces.
