True to size and function. Well constructed. Excellent online purchase. Unable to find in stores (Best Buy is a joke for items like this).

Gotta have to hear tunes with my waterproof case on. Still, I wish they made them with braided cord rather than plastic because the plastic will give out where it enters the connector again due to the stress of the weight of the female end and holder for the screw plug. And for some reason the remote on my earbuds does not work through the adapter, alas. So it's a trade off: no remote or earbud control and all protected and waterproof or not so great protection and total remote control. SO far waterproof wins the day, so being able to replace these as they fail is good for me.

A few things to note:- The dongles worked with my Lifeproof case, but the fit wasn't perfect- My headphones kept disconnecting from the dongle (I had to tape them together)- Each dongle lasted only 1-2 months before the wiring started to give out

EXACTLY what I needed! Finally can use my earbuds! If you're technologically challenged like me, then a few things to keep in mind...At first I thought it wasn't working after I plugged it in. Kept pushing and pushing, nothing! Kept thinking those reviews CANNOT be all wrong!? Studied it a little --- Oh, it starts off as a push then towards the end it becomes a screw on! Yesh! Pressing the keys, what?! Still no sound! Next connection is between the adapter & the earbud. Ok, so I really need to push these two together so that there's barely any gap between them (no sissy pressure!). FINALLY the bloody thing had sound!This is a VERY well made product. The reviews were accurate. The shipment was VERY fast as well & with tracking. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I bought this as a replacement and it worked fairly well, but after a week or two it stated working unreliably and just this morning I spotted frayed wires poking from the base of the wire. Cheap and disposable product

I use these for my iPod Touch (yes I still use an iPod rather than my phone to listen to music) which I keep in a Lifeproof case. So far these have worked extremely well.
