Fixed the reservoir leak
Worked great for my Waterpik Aquarius WP-660C reservoir which kept leaking. Note that you have to remove the rubber ring and pop the old valve out the bottom of the reservoir. Simply pop the new one in and put new rubber ring on. You may need to align it with the four tabs in the black circle that feeds water into the pump if it still leaks. Once you do that, you’re set.

Unfortunately bigger than original: Reservoir still leaking.
See photo: Replacement on the left, original on the right. Result: reservoir still leaking. Returned.Spent $10 more and ordered a reservoir directly from Waterpik instead.

Works on my old 660C unit - with a caveat - plus how I did it.
May revise down if repair does not last...NOTE: I have an old model 660C- The replacement plastic valve is slightly smaller than the original. I chose to re-use the original valve and spring and just replace the rubber o-ring. This stopped the leak and yet the unit still worked properly. I saw another review where this did not work for a 660 in that the leak stopped but the unit would not pass water. I believe that reviewer. Just wanted to share that this approach did work for me. I probably could have also used the new spring, and may have to at a later date. For now this worked. So basically I paid 14 bucks for two small o-rings - LOL. But this solution did work at least for me.Also- since there are no instructions on how to do this. I pushed up from the underside of the reservoir on the spring valve and then reached down with a sharp tool, think metal dental tool or a strong toothpick, etc, that could pry off the old o-ring. I took the new o- ring, once again pushing the spring valve up into the reservoir, and pushed the new o-ring onto the top of the plastic spring valve with my finger. Working slowly and taking time to inspect the different sizes of the replacement plastic parts to the original it still took less than 3 minutes. its very simple to repair.

Will Fit WP100-W
I ordered these gaskets or seals and the ad said that they would fit the WP-100W Waterpik. I was glad to receive them and hoped they'd stop the leakage but upon attempting to install them, they will not fit my Waterpik.Addendum: I am handy working with my hands but could not figure out how to make these work since there are no instructions. Eventually, I read a review that told how to install them correctly so now they fit perfectly.

Exact fit, less than 10 seconds to install, worked perfectly
My headline covers the important parts. I have a W100, and this immediately fixed the leak. It did not come with an installation sheet that they should have included to avoid most of the bad reviews, but this Amazon page shows us exactly how to install it, and it could not be simpler. Remove the washer, insert the post and spring from the bottom, and easily push the washer back on from inside the tub using any finger. Now, I just need to see how long it lasts. Great so far, and it came with a spare!

Spring Problems - Cut Off One Coil
The new valve stopped leakage but presented its own set of problems / challenges. After several hours of experimentation involving swapping out springs, the white plastic piece and the "o ring", I think I have found a workable solution. Use the new part - but - cut off one coil of the spring. The spring as it is prevents the valve from a solid seal when attaching the reservoir to the Model 660C Aquarius Waterpik. It is too strong as is, but cutting off one coil so far seems to allow the Waterpik to operate as it should with good pressure until just about all the water is out of the reservoir.

Replacement valve for Waterpik ION unit
These valve/gasket assemblies also fit the Waterpik ION model WF-12CD010-1. My flosser is about four years old and it started leaking so I went looking for parts and didn't see my model listed.

Good idea that does not work
These valves are a good design idea but will not work. The valve will not open when the tank is installed. If they were redesigned with more travel & less spring tension they would probably work fine
