100% Reliable!
Runs my big 15A table saw in my detached shop but, you need a big battery aray to run anything else in conjunction. 4 12V 100ah LifePo4 batteries would run the saw, but my desktop computer would shut down. I added another 4 batteries for a total of 800ah and this sucker runs everything. It's rated @ 17.4 amps continuously and yes it does, but you better have a BIG battery array and BIG DC cables to support what it's capable of. Fans kick on when it's pressed hard as they should. The remote on/switch works fine, but uses semi-proprietary connectors meaning phone style RJ 9, four conductor terminations. Not an issue for me as I have that stuff laying around as a former Telecom System engineer, I extended it to 50 ft with no problems. Dump the supplied DC cables and make or buy some good 2 AWG high strand count (welding) cables and crimp them with a hydraulic crimper. For the price, it's an astounding inverter, but you have to enough power and associated cable to make it work to its peak. Don't expect any programmability or communication of any sort, just screw it to the wall with BIG DC cables and it just does it's thing. The LED display does tell you watts out, volts in and it just rotates between the two every few seconds. It will give you errors as well, but I've never run into one. It does have a screw terminal AC out, but I've not had a chance to use it.

Never let me down
Been using it for three years to power a 6000btu window AC in the summer and Wi-fi year round, charging station, TV air purifier etc. if it's powering the window AC for longer than an hour or so the fan will kick on and it will cool itself off it does get pretty warm but it's never given me any problems. Its cheaper now than when I bought it I would definitely recommend.

Great inverter!
Installed in my travel trailer and will run everything in the trailer (I do have a soft start on my AC). Wired to 460AH 12v batteries.

Been using for 7 months, then failed. Received warranty replacement unit in about 7 days.
I have been using this PSW 4000W inverter with a 3 year warranty, for 7 months and it has been working well. It powers a refrigerator, 2 deep freezers, a mini-split heat pump, 2 TV's, 2 computers, and all LED lighting. It can still power a microwave or a small pizza oven without any problems. But after 7 months of use it just quit working. The back light is on for the built in display, but noting is displayed, no text, no images. The remote display is dark with nothing displayed. I contacted support on Jan 21, 2022 and am still waiting for a tracking number for the replacement. I plan to update this review after I receive the replacement.Update: I received the tracking number on Jan 28, 2022, and found that it showed it had just been delivered. I looked outside and there it was sitting outside my front door getting rained on. Fortunately it was packed well in a plastic bag inside the inner box, inside of an outer box. We installed the replacement and it seems to be working fine again. I have the failed unit boxed and ready to send back. Just waiting on instructions for returning. I have not yet fully load tested the replacement like I had the first one. But twice since installing the replacement, it has shut down for about a minute or less and then restarted. By the time I looked at the display it did not show an error code. I wish it had a log that I could look at. It has been running fine for about a week now with a typical load of from 300 Watts, to a maximum load of about 1900 Watts. The 2 interruptions were in the first 3 days after installation and not since then. Only time will tell. I will update again after it has seen a few more months of use.Update Sept 3, 2023: I have been using the inverter for about 6 hours a day, everyday for more than 2 years and it has been working very well. Most of the time the load is around 2000 watts but mid July a couple of very hot days the load was as high as 3300 watts and no problems at all until yesterday. The inverter began indicating low voltage 11.5 on the display, but the voltage measured with a Fluke on the threads of the input terminals indicated 13.5 volts. It seems that a loose connection has developed inside the unit and is making the positive terminal get very hot. I will be contacting Giandel and expect they will quickly take care of this as they have provided fantastic customer support for their inverters and this one has 3 years of coverage.

Excellent inverter
Purchased April 2023 & still going strong. Pure quality. I use it everyday with my microwave + mini fridge and no issues. Working amazing on my Semi truck.

Great value and reliable
I had a much more reputable brand of inverter that never worked and ruined many trips over 2 years. I decided to try this cheap Chinese model and just get it for only half of its rated wattage. So I never use it past 900 watts even though it's rated for much much more. I think this might be the key to using these things. Just go overboard on the size and wattage and it will be reliable. This worked flawlessly unlike the Renogy

Extremely satisfied!
I purchased the 4000w inverter the black color model that comes with the remote and after using it for about 10 months it started to overload with nothing plugged into the AC outlets. Having a 3 year warranty on that model unit I reached out to customer service via email and the response was swift. Elsa was who responded and she asked how I was using the inverter I guess to isolate an incorrect connection. I explained that I was only doing a very basic application. She told me they will send me a replacement and that’s exactly what she did. The replacement came around the same time it took getting the one I purchased. (less than a week) I am extremely impressed by the company’s business practices and good customer service. They certainly has exceeded my expectations. If you are in the market for an inverter I would strongly recommend you buying a Giandel. Well built product with with comparable pricing and excellent customer service I think is all a consumer needs.
