Super easy to follow and install, also great communication from seller and help if you need it to find the right LCD screen

Paid to have the screen installed and it did not react to touch. Had to have it removed and returned it over a month ago and still no refund

I went to computer stores, Best Buy geek squad and all of them were charging an exorbitant price and needing me to drop the laptop with them for over 2 weeks. For what they were asking, I may as well buy a new laptop! I decided to do this myself and bought the screen on Amazon. I was a little nervous at first but the video instructions made it super simple. It took me less than 20 minutes to remove the old cracked screen and install the replacement screen. It was super easy. I am very satisfied with the way the screen looks and works. For a fraction of the price the computer stores were charging, I have this done DIY!

I used this screen to repair an HP Pavilion x360m 14m-dh1003dx and it did not fit perfectly with the back case of the computer, on the edge you can see a small hole, it is as if this screen was a little smaller than the original of This model, the difference is very minimal but visible if you get closer and pay attention to it, for personal use I recommend it but not for professional work.

So this is my first review ever, but I figured it might help some of you out there. The product is exactly what is described, and it's an easy repair to do at home. However, the fitment of this product isn't guaranteed to fit the best. For my experience it is short on the top, so I can see above the display assembly, and it won't click into the sides. Also the whole display seems to be thinker than the hp oem display which might explain why it isn't recessing flush into the frame. Best of luck everyone.
