Works really well I have connected the bell in 1st floor and switch ik ground floor. It has good connection

Product is very good and very easy to install. BUT the Seller did not gave the BATTERY particulars in his description. I found that the BATTERY is a SPECIAL TYPE 23A 12V ( made in china) and I can not get this at Visakhapatnam Andhra Pradesh. When once the charge is over I have to throw away the Instrument also. Because the charges for getting Battery will cost More than new one. I am doomed. as there is No RETURN policy for this product . This is purely the fault of the Seller. It is a cheating case. I may be sent the address of the Shop where these are available....Not SERVICE CENTRE .

Don’t buy this. Within 1 month doorbell stopped working and company giving 2 years warranty but now they are not responding properly so don’t waste your money on this product

The product is described as waterproof; however, the switch is not waterproof. It is important that the switch is waterproof; otherwise, the purpose of installing it on an outside wall is not fulfilled.Overall, its functionality is good and it serves the purpose of being wireless. However, it is overpriced for the quality offered.
