Not recommend, as no customer service/support when you have issues
I got the scooter and after few KM riding I think there are some pros/consCustomer service when you have an issue is disaster. Front light never turns off when you press the button.I have been trying to contact Kugoo for instructions to fix through the warranty as it has less than one year and it is impossible.I tried through amazon, web portal, real time chat, sent videos, and nothing, there is not customer service to take care when you have an issue.On the other hand, battery is not even closer to 45km, riding low speed, with 75kg rider, no climbing hills, no wind and with lights off, no more than 25 kmI wouldn't recommend, as when the scooter has an issue, you waste your money and time trying to contact them

Build quality, design and performance all superb
... but such a shame that the instructions were so poor. Some parts of the saddle assembly had to be completely removed to allow the saddle to be fitted. The instructions concerning security features were completely wrong - the scooter now has a key rather than what is shown in the ‘instructions’. This is not a language translation problem - is was a failure to keep the instructions up-to-date. Please try harder!

I returned the scooter to the seller because it had a fault with charging the said they would repair it and return it back to me at no cost to me lm happy with this as long as they stick to there word and l get it back repaired kind regards lan Bernhardt

Poor value.
The machine itself was rarher poor for the money. The build instructions were worse than usless. There was absolutely no guidance on putting the item together. The way the controls were attached was very poor. I would never purchase this machine again.

Nice and quick scooter. Shame it has issue really liked it
Had my scooter 3 month and Really liked it, very quick and a nice ride. unfortunately an error come up and it stopped working, They sent me a new controller 2 replaced it but still nothing. Got my refund with back after a bit hassle. Really wish it never broke, lots of fun and fast and I’m a big guy and it moved with me on.

In a nutshell I like it, only negatives for me being the motor controller was rattling under the foot board. But was easy to get to and wedge some foam in, also the scooter only starts to pull away when the speed trigger is pulled almost half way.

The seat esey broke bike broke in 4 day I had it
The seat broke off the control is broken then it broke all together sent back they did posted but had to ask amozom contact them email
