Great quality
I bought this to play games on my phone with and it works perfectly. (Galaxy S5) The joysticks are more responsive than I thought they would be and I'm able to play many games perfectly on my phone as if it was a handheld game system. Phonejoy has an app to use, I only used it to connect the controller to the phone (which was easier than I expected) and then I uninstalled it. The one little feature that I found on the controller that I really liked is there's a switch (just above the left joy stick) that you can use to turn on and off inverted left joystick (great for flying or shooting games) which I find more useful than changing the settings in the game itself. There are only 2 minor complaints I have on this product. First, it does fit around my phone while its in its otterbox defender case but it's a tight fit that it leaves dents in the case rubber. Though it's not tight enough to worry about damage to the phone. Second it glitches the autocorrect on my phone's onscreen keyboard after I connect and disconnect the controller from my phone. It's an easy fix, all I have to do is restart the phone and it works fine again. To me the quality and usability of this product make it very easy to overlook the 2 complaints I have.

-Phonejoy Controller-
I ordered this product to serve as a controller for games on my phone (OnePlus one). As far as functionality in that area is concerned, this product fulfills what is advertised. It pairs with other devices seamlessly and all the buttons function. Build quality is another issue, however. The controller is made from light weight plastic and feels fragile, making the build quality seem cheep. The buttons also feel cheep. The only way to describe it is to say they have an 'odd' feel to them. Even this would be fine, but the controller arrived missing the rubber part of the back button (Yes, I did order a new one, not a used). In the first day that I had it, one of the rubber button toppers for the D-Pad fell off while in my back pack, never to be seen again. This is hardly acceptable for an eighty dollar purchase.I wish I could give this controller a higher score. It has potential and a great concept design. If it was priced in the $30 - $50 range, it would be great. However, given the build quality and price point, I cannot justify a rating of over two stars.

A couple of hurdles
Feels kinda nervous opening the controller when trying to slide in the smartphone. One loose grip and the controller could snap back into position and possibly ding the smartphone. Luckily, the case I have fits between the four mini-arches in a little uneven kind of way. The way it looks connected with the controller doesn't look too shabby and it has a decent hold on the smartphone case. Not too much to complain about the controller though some users have already mentioned the stiff D-pad. After a couple of weeks of game play, the B button has gotten stuck sometimes. A little change in the button mapping can fix that, while I'll figure out a way to fix the button. Overall, the Phonejoy Bluetooth Game Controller is not bad gadget for my first game controller for the smartphone.

An ok controller that does an ok job
The directional pad is too stiff, the controller is basically useless without any IME mappings for my dosbox emulated games, but other NES/SNES emulators is working fine with it. The major complain would be the following:1) The stiffness of the D-Pad2) No keyboard IME mappings support3) In needs of some software to customize the use, hopefully there will be one in the near future.

not worth $70
I have had the phonjoy for a month, and it not worth the price. Day one, the rubber part fell off the power button. I have a xperia z3v and it barely fits. It has been a month and there hasn't been any new updates to use any new games. It's is sturdy, but bulky, and it will fit in my jeans but it is uncomfortable. Other then that it is fully functional and button are smooth. I would suggest using a different remote for your phone, because it not worth the price.

The concept is awesome and it works well
Buttons have already started to fall off and other rubber parts are loose after less than a month of use. I cannot see this still being around in a years time and for the price I expected a much higher quality product. The concept is awesome and it works well, but it's not built to last or for heavy use.Games playedGTA:SANES emulator

It's okay
It's a good concept, it was able to hold my htc one m7 nice and firm. However the button, dpad, trigger quality is not there especially if you are comparing this to a playstation or xbox controller.

Could be better. Especially for the price you pay.
It is only ok. Moga game controllers are much higher quality. Buttons are too stiff and not always responsive. There are no L3 or R3 buttons. I don't think that it was worth the price.
