The thinness of these, while still holding their freeze is crazy. I would use these over regular ice any given day. They stay frozen for so long and do not take up a lot of storage. They are so durable and do not take up a lot of space in the freezer.

These were a great buy!! I got them to take frozen Stromboli to my son. I took them on the plane with no problem. It was a hot summer day and they stayed completely frozen for the 10 hours the day I traveled that day. No leaking, easy to use, and didn't make my carry on too heavy

This worked very well for keeping my meds cold during our flight and until I could get to a fridge. The size I bought was too big for my cooler. I should have folded it before freezing. Also, I didn’t realize that I would not be able to open it once closed after filling with water.

Wish I would have known about these sooner. They fit perfectly in my AO backpack cooler. I only use one pack for my cooler when we went to the pool for 3 hrs. The pack did not even melt in Az 106 degrees temperature. I left my cooler in the sun. I'm pretty satisfied.

I live in AZ and leave my very well insulated (7"L X 6"W X 6"H) cooler in my black car at 95F outside and 150F inside. So it is not an easy environment. I use two of these and they fit perfectly in my cooler/Bag. One at the bottom, one at the top. Food and drinks in between, with everything packed tight. These will stay about 50% frozen after 4 hours in the car (lunch time). They are very cold while frozen, which is nice. When I get back to my car 4hrs later to go home, they are completely thawed.Prior to these I used ice in bags, packed the same way and to be honest, although the food and drinks are not as cold (still pretty cold and not enough to spoil), the ice lasts longer, even thru the end of the day.For me, I don't feel these achieved what I wanted. I was hoping to have them still be still be mostly frozen at the end of my work day so I could have cold drinks on the way home. With that said, they still keep my lunch cold, so they do work, but I can do that with regular ice. My situation is extreme heat, but still. If it can't beat ice, it wasn't worth the money, because Ice is free.
