is this a non-aerosol spray?

i use the avocado oil. they are all non-aerosol. never use aerosol sprays like pam because it will ruin your non-stick pan.

what is the "pouch system"?

Placing all your ingredients on a large piece of aluminum foil sprayed with oil of your choice then folding and rolling top and ends to seal and therefore making a pouch.
