Taste better than the normal vitamin tablets

I like that this brand is making gummies which are teeth filling friendly (not too sticky or hard) and very tasty.Sadly the tasty feature means I really have to try hard to eat recommended amount per day which is "only" two. I ate a few more when I first tried them and my belly was rumbling but luckily nothing worse than that (so no experiments and sticking to the recommended daily intake).Taste is nice but not sure it reminds me of yoghurt.The main ingredients: Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus salivarius, Chicory root fibre and Chromium.30 servings per bottle and vegan friendly.I really like the idea of vitamins in gummies. I am trying to limit my sugar intake currently and specific vitamins supplementing after a lunch can feel like something I can look forward to (something sweet after) and that also means I don't forget to take them.I usually supplement with lactobacillus when I am either recovering from something or my tummy has not been feeling quite right.Very happy with these.

I take both a Pro and Pre Biotic every day. I rotate the PreBiotic between different brands, as some scientists think the gut can get used to the bacteria from just one tablet. I use a tablet that usually contains 20 Billion made up of 14 strains. This is to try and ensure that your gut receives a strain it needs and in such quantity that it will do something. Now this gummy is very yummy, but it only delivers 2 billion cultures, it costs twice the price of the favourite Pro Biotic and I really do not think it offers great value for money. I am not saying it is bad, but it is not the best on the market and certainly does not offer the best value. If you are trying to get someone who only needs a small amount of correction to their gut health, this may work, but I cannot recommend it, as it offers poor value.
