How long do they last in the fridge? Im a little concerned with having to purchase 15 at a time. Also, what type of preservatives are in them?

We guarantee a shelf life of at least 30 days by the time it arrives to you. Shelf life from production is less than 60 days, the same as the popular Greek Yogurt products. Zen Monkey is minimally processed and has a clean label. We were selling at Whole Foods for a number of years. Also, you can freeze it and it holds up great. The only thing is there is a little bit of separation if you freeze and thaw it out... but if you give it a good mix, you won't even realize it. Hope that answers your questions!

What is the Phosphorus content?

There is no phosphorus content that we are aware of. That said, since phosphorous content disclosure is not a legal requirement, it's nearly impossible to know the exact phosphorous content of anything unless it explicitly states it. My understanding is that phosphorous is found in certain pesticides. The correct question here would be "are all your ingredients (and feed for animals) pesticide free?" Of course the only answer to that is, if it is certified organic, then yes. If it is not, then probably not. We've seen certain companies trying to find loopholes in not being certified organic by claiming they have no phosphorous in their products. But instead they have other pesticides and GMOs. We don't make any claims. We used extremely high quality oats from what we believe is the top oats supplier in the country. We also use non-fat, plain Greek yogurt and fruit. Our fruit is conventional and not certified organic. Since we have 10 flavors, we have lots of fruits with lots of suppliers. From pineapples to blueberries to apples to oranges and cranberries. By using organic yogurt and organic fruit, our prices would be much much higher. We would never make a claim like "Glyphosophate Free" or no phosphorous because we are transparent and ethical.
