Q: What do you use to cover the membrane seams?

We used a flex seal spray to cover the seams and in fact the entire membrane with flex seal. The product comes in a variety of colors including almond which matches the siding. We sprayed the membrane, the joint and the adjoining block with the flex seal providing a uniform color. I found it best to have my wife pick the color.

Q: How is this different that the graee ice and waterproof material the sell at lowes or home depot?

I never used any material like this but did a ton of research bf hand. I would definately use this product again. I did my foundation with this stuff. I would say tho the best time to use this stuff is when it is warm out and be sure to scrape and power wash whatever surface bf applying.

Q: Can this be applied to inside basement wall to keep a wall from leaking ?

Probably not, I used it on outside of wall along with French drain to keep water out.

Q: Does the product adhere well to pressure treated plywood?

Some pressure treated wood has a lot of moisture in it. If it is good and dry the material should stick to it. I would do a moisture test and check the specs on the material prior to adhering.
