Sorry, I did not install the carb. Mechanic mentioned air-fuel mixture screw adjustment plus idle screw adjustment.

Q: Where do the two vacuum lines go there was no directions with this carburetor

They are breather tubes not vacuum

Q: Does this have to be tuned/adjusted after install?

No it sure don’t, just simply bolt on and done
