Thoroughly impressed with the care and consideration of the company to ensure everything was right. The company contacted me with questions to make sure that I had everything I would need and make sure that I had all the equipment that would fit correctly. Shipping was incredibly fast. The package arrived in very good shape. The instructions could be a little clearer on how to put it together. But I figured it out. It took me about 30 mins to put together and position it right. It has made my bed more stable. The fact that the company reached out before shipping the product was a giant positive. I couldn't be more impressed with the quality and professionalism I experienced. I did get a couple of cuts from the metal corners. So be careful putting it together dealing with the ends. Again. Very happy with the overall experience and product itself.

I switched beds to an older bed I loved. The problem was that the old bed had no supports for the box spring and the mattress itself was very very heavy. I purchased this support system and didn't read the description as well as I should have. This system was for a wood framed bed and mine was iron. Someone from the company called me before the item was shipped to check on this - metal vs. wood. When i told him the bedframe was metal he included extra hardware in the box and explained what I needed to have for the transition from wood to metal and also explained how to do it. Excellent customer service, easy to follow instructions. The support went up in about 1/2 hours and is doing a fine job of supporting what is an extremely heavy box and mattress.Can't say enough good about the product and the customer service! I'd buy it again in an instant!

This is a solid top notch product that offers superior support for the king size bed I purchased it for. The company calls you to be sure you ordered the right one. Excellent! Everything you need is in the box but the directions are pictures not words so spend an extra minute looking at them to save hassles.

I received an antique brass bed for my guest room. These slats are sturdy, and I was able to adjust their length to fit. I used a drill bit for metal to create holes in the side rails, and then used the bolts and locking nuts to put it together.

The instructions are not very clear when it comes to (correct) placement of each item. When I called the company, I was told to watch a video several times that was of same help as the instructions. After two hours and a second phone call to the company. I finally got an individual to walk me through the installation, to tell me what was wrong! Would not recommend if you don’t like projects!
