I'm deciding between this or the hhnds6. i want my desk against the wall. can i still arrange the arms to sit pretty flush?

I purchased this last week. I have a corner desk and the desk surface is 23" deep, with a hutch on one side. I like this stand a lot, but there was no way I was going to get the desk against the wall. I had my desk about 9" out from the wall and that was just enough clearance to position the monitors how I wanted them (24" screens). I tried a lot of different positions, but nothing really worked. Ultimately, I decided this isn't going to work for me, so I'm going to return it. I will say, I was really impressed with this mount. It just doesn't fit my space. If you've got a deeper desk, or don't mind not being against the wall, I would absolutely recommend it.

Can I mount it on my glass desk？

It's better not directly mount this dual monitor stand on a glass desk. For mounting monitor stand on a glass desk, please add a monitor mount reinforcement plate on the glass desktop and then clamp the stand to the reinforcement plate and desk. Can I use this on two laptops at the same time?

Will this fit a Dell 24" s242hgf ?

It should. I use mine with a 34" ultrawide and a 24" touchscreen monitor on top of it. Handles both equally well. So long as your monitor has a VESA mount (and Google says it does), mounting it will take five minutes.
