Great shampoo for fine hair. Gentle and not heavy on hair. Great for curly hair too

I have 2A hair and I have dyed it a ton so it's extremely damaged. I've tried over 5 shampoos in the last year trying to repair my hair but this is the only one that I see making a real difference. I got this 2-3 months ago and my hair is visibly more hydrated. It also retains the curls way better after showering without much frizz. Would recommend! I pair it with the Hydrating Argan Oil Hair Mask and Deep Conditioner By Arvazallia for Dry or Damaged Hair which is GREAT!!!

Helps stop split ends and hair breakage. Also helps smooth out the frizzies. Will reorder!

Pros: light scent, natural ingredients, leaves hair feeling clean - no residueCons: no volumizing benefit, hair feels slightly thicker, yet gritty. Can't recommend for fine hair.I tried using with the conditioner thinking that would help, but the conditioner is too heavy my hair type and does not rinse out easily. I really wanted to like these products but am dissappointed.

It not only volumizes , but it also helps hair to keep its best color .

This shampoo is a nice balance of 'clean, natural' yet effective ingredients. No sulfates, alcohol, or strong artificial fragrance. It does have a subtle smell, I would describe it as herbal oregano. It has a nice lather. I've been using it for a few weeks and my scalp has felt very clean, no dandruff or itchiness on day 4. I've also noticed my hair is smoother and shinier than usual, which is a nice added bonus. I would definitely recommend, unless you don't like oregano scent.

I was skeptical of this stuff at first. I've tried many, many dandruff shampoos to no avail. They all kind of work for awhile, then stop being effective at all. I have seborrheic dermititis that becomes particularly problematic during high allergy season (thanks, ragweed), and the shampoos I'd been using were exacerbating the issue. Even though this isn't sulfide free, I decided to give it a shot based off the reviews. I've been pleasantly surprised! It's still high allergy season where I am, but the itching has almost completely subsided and I'm no longer getting flakes. I'm not a huge fan of the scent when compared to other brands--it's kind of lemony and smells a bit like industrial floor cleaner...but not enough to offend, just enough to make you think of it. It does lather well and I don't need much for my shortish hair. I get my hair dyed professionally and after three weeks of use neither I nor my stylist have noticed it stripping the color out. At least, not any more than my old shampoo (H&S) did. Would definitely recommend for the price.I will say that this shampoo leaves my hair softer and more manageable than other drug-store brands. It's actually nicer than several of the salon brands I've tried. We'll see if its effectiveness wears off. I'll try to update the post in a few months.Edit 09/16: I've been using this for a long while now (closer to a couple years, I think). Still loving it. A little bit of the scalp itch has come back, but still no flaking. Five star review stands.

The shampoo was good ,but I was very disappointed 😞 with the conditioner it was thin and I needed loads ,it was not how I remembered it ,has the ingredients. Changed ?

Been looking for a replacement for the Herbal Essences Smooth shampoo which is hard to find now. Tried this..First off, really expensive for what you get, but if I had liked it I wouldn't have minded.I don't care for the scent AT ALL. Very glad it doesn't linger in your hair.Didn't find it was that great for smoothing, it was just... shampoo... so for the price value I definitely won't buy again. Hopefully I will be able to get through using up the one I bought at least.
