Good pads, good price
These are good brake pads, much better than generic pads or even Tektro and Shimano standard pads.My girlfriend, who lacks confidence going down slopes so gets through brake pads A LOT, has had these on her bike for a few years now. They work well, even in the wet, without much squealing, and have lasted pretty well too. So when a friend needed new pads, these are the ones I got for her. Delivered quickly, as described, and I definitely got four pairs.

The best v brake pads
Very good grip and long lasting. At this price range they are the n1

Don’t last long but work well
These are soft brake pads so they brake well but not for long , hard pads don’t brake well but last longer , overall there a decent pad and represents good value for money , coming from someone who’s been in bike trade for 40 years

They work great
It’s not the first time I buy these, since I bought first ones this is the third set I believe. Simply put- these are very effective and cheap. The converted bike eats miles and so brake pads too. Recommended for v-brakes

Breaks
Brilliant breaks. Great stopping power. Long lasting compared to other breaks

Value for quality.
These work well and are good value for a quality product. If you ride your bike everyday for a few hours then they’ll probably last 6 weeks plus. Easy to install like any other bike brake of this type and they seem to last a reasonable amount of time for how much I use my bike.

Don't use on electric bikes.
These pads are ok for an every day push bike, but once you exceed 20+ MPH they begin to show their weakness.at 30 MPH they fail completely and wear out extremely fast. They are cheap especially when you consider they are a pack of 4, but if you use an electric bike I would suggest you go with something that has more stopping power.

Excellent Budget alternative to Kool Stop
I have used these on my Cyclo Cross and single speed for years. They are NOT as good as Kool Stop Salmon or Swiss Stop in terms of brake performance or wear resistance. However Kool Stop's & Swiss will cost you about £18-£20 a pair, so that's £36 per bike. These are half that price but don't quite last as long and if i was to conduct a braking test at the same speed they'd probably stop maybe 1 bike length more at say 15mph than Kool'sAs for brake noise, well that's mainly down to incorrect setup either in terms of what order your put the washers (you need 1 concave and 1 domed washer on EACH side of the Canti brake arm) and you also need to slightly toe the pad in by about 1mm (i use a bank card or similar at the rear of the brake pad on the rim to achieve this) then pull the brake lever till the pads just touch the rim and tighten the nut. That eliminates all but the worst wet weather noise assuming you apply the lever progressively when braking .If you need to jam your lever on to stop quickly then frankly brake squeal should be the least of your worries - stopping before hitting something is all that matters!
