Drone was covered shortly after purchasing. Had rx loss and camera problems after a couple upside down crashes onto concrete. Asurion covered the damage promptly by issuing a gift card for me to get a new one. Will use again for future purchases.

Scam. I jumped through hoops to satisfy their requirements for documentation to make a claim. After all that, they denied my claim because I couldn't provide a non-existent serial number for the product. Why pay for insurance if they don't hold their end of the bargain?

We bought our 9 year old Grandson an Air Hockey Game for his birthday. It was a nice quality game and he loved it. Then one day about 8 months in, the blower stopped functioning. Luckily I had bought an ASURIAN WARRANTY when I completed the purchase. When I cemetery on line to talk with them about the problem they informed me that Amazon no longer sold products for that company and because of that they were crediting my account the full amount of the game. $149.00 !!! I was amazed and thankful. Who does that !?!? So, I’m a major fan of both Amazon and Asurian.I’m Happy Happy, almost as happy as my Grandson. :)

Asurion took care of me right away. I was able to get a replacement and have an RC back on the road within 2 days.
