Does exactly what it should
This little guy is great, using it to separate circuits for 12V buttons and pulses to be listen to from a microcontroller. no issues perfect.

Perfect
Works perfect with nice leds to show state. Make sure to double check npn or pnp and voltages when ordering

Great for Raspberry Pi Digital Input
A nice modular solution to getting isolated digital inputs to my Raspberry Pi. The LEDs are a nice touch. Very helpful when you're debugging. You have to do some circuit design to get the inputs powered, but that's to be expected.I use them for digital inputs (like switch contact closures, etc.). I don't use them for analog inputs. I haven't tested them to see if they are linear enough to use as analog inputs and I can't find any documentation on that issue.All-in-all a nifty component to keep on hand for my Raspberry Pi projects.Remember they come in different voltage options that you have to specify when you order them. Looks like the boards are identical with some component value substitutions to get the various voltage levels. There's a little silk-screen checklist where the input and output voltages are marked at the factory. The only thing that would make this product better would be a version that fit the Raspberry Pi like a 'hat' with a stackable GPIO connector and jumpers similar to the relay boards like this: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CZL2SKN. As it is, you'll have to solve the mounting problem on your own. I use standoffs and screws to mount them to breadboards.

Flexible, works as designed.
I needed to convert some 24V signals to 5V (both DC and PWM). Works great! I wasn't worried about high frequency and this works perfect for what I need.

Nice assembly. Straight forward to use.
Nice assembly. Straight forward to use.Connect the power supply and the individual signal lines to the input and output terminal blocks and you are good to go.

Works OK, but significant current drop in the common circuit
I was able to make it work, but the output voltage on the common circuit is much lower than the input voltage. I bought 3 of these, and all showed the same problem. 12volts input resulted in 1.8 volts out and would not light an LED.

So far so good!
I am planning to use this to isolate the limit switch electronics on a cnc router i am building.. I was worried because the description says the module is 45 x 86 x 40. Since I did'nt check dimensions before I ordered was I concerned because at 40mm (almost 1-3/4 inches) high it wasn't going to fit in my cnc control enclosure. In actuality it measures 45 long x 72 wide x 18 high (just under 3/4 inch). So, it fit with room to spare. Now to finish the build which will take a couple more months. If it doesn't work I will update the review.

Note PNP output stage.
The output only drives to 12 volts on low, unless you add a pull down Resistor. I needed the NPN and didn't catch this detail on the original post. My fault I guess for not being thorough. Since most applications use NPN just be aware this model is PNP (switch on hi side of load). Same vendor does sell NPN outputs, so I ordered them and now wait.Board otherwise looks like a good quality product with tiny LED's on inputs and outputs, and VCC output side. Screw terminals are of decent quality as well. If you need PNP or high drive outputs this could be a good product for you. See the details on website before you buy. schematics available from link.
