I've re-ordered these here on Amazon because the Balance of Nature website is screwed up and they send you to South America for customer service. I don't swallow the capsules I find it better to open them and spread the veggies on my food or the fruit into a protein drink. Lots of ways to take them without swallowing the capsule which I think is NOT good for your stomach. I sprinkle the veggies on the wings I order at a favorite restaurant and they are much better! So, I'll keep taking them as long as they make me feel better.

Large capsules. I didn't notice any difference in the way I felt while taking them.

I would say this is a fantastic addition to my diet. I started feeling more energetic and continued after only a few days.

Product is excellent! But on my last order I only received half my order. There was 1 bottle of Veggies and 1 bottle of Fruit. At the price of $190 should have been 4 bottles Amazon returned me the whole $190If I could receive the other 2 bottles I would enter I had received the whole order and tell them to reinstate the $190 charge to my card. Just trying to be fair. Still happy with the product and will order againI’m sure it was an honest mistake in packing and shipping

Don't be surprised when you receive your order on how small the bottles are for the price. I can't help but think that someone is making a lot of money off of this stuff. I bought Balance of Nature as a Christmas gift for my wife, but now I'm wondering if I did the right thing. I got her enough for 180 days, hopefully she'll feel better taking it, but like other things like this it's hard to measure. I'm wondering if my wife will be happy or will give me one of those looks. Dang!
