A must for every home
I wanted one of these for a long time. I just didn't know it. I always loved the Hangup Boots, but never bought them because I didn't want the big inversion table. Then I woke up one morning with a drive to get the boots and just find something (a jungle gym perhaps) to hang from. And then I saw this rack that hangs in your door. It was perfect! It installed easily in my studio doorway. It can be used for pullups or just something to stretch out with everytime I walk in and out of the room. Our daughter is constantly climbing on it and inadvertantly getting great exersise. I did get the inversion boots as well and try to find ten minutes a day to hang upside down. It gets blood to the brain and takes pressure off the spine. You can get a totally different work out being inverted. I highly recommend this to everyone, but especially fellow yogis. Yoga is great for working out back problems and this rack (paired with the Hangup boots) really helps with strengthening and lengthening the back. Cobra pose without a floor!I am glad I didn't hessitate in getting this. I use it everyday.

Great, extremely sturdy and easily installed!
Excellent for those of us too tall for standard door frame chin up bars. I use this as part of a physical therapy regimen that is allowing me to recover quickly from a back and spine problem. I have yet to use the boots that I acquired at a thrift shop to hang from the bar, yet it is clear this is sturdy enough to allow me to do so at 6'2" and 180lb. The built in grip pads are very nice. I purchased a set of grip pads separately for when I hang from my hands on the upper bar which doesn't have grip pads.Installation was easy, I substituted longer deck screws to insure that the wood in the door frame was better securing the door frame mount. This is easy to uninstall if I wish, but I just leave it in place in my garage office.

Great piece of equipment!
I've been using the EZ Up Inversion Rack for a few weeks, now. I love it!I use it with the Hang Ups Gravity Boots every morning for about 5 minutes. Due to years of playing football, weight training, etc., my bottom vertebrae has broken away from the spine, providing occasional discomfort in my lower back. At times the pain has been pretty excruciating.Although I have only been using the Inversion Rack for about a month, I can already feel a difference overall in the frequency of my back "awareness" and in my posture, as well. When mounting, make sure you mount the rack perfectly evenly. I think mine might be off by a tiny amount, which doesn't seem to affect the way I hang, but I can visibly see the fact that I might be off by a centimeter, or two.Overall, a great piece of equipment and much more space efficient than a table, in my opinion.

Decent but must drill holes in door frame
Decent bar. One side of bar is thicker than the other which is kind of strange but it feels pretty sturdy. Top bar slightly caves when doing pull-ups because the two sides of bar slide into each other and again, are different sizes. Also didn’t realize you have to drill holes into your door frame. In all fairness, I don’t think it’s worth the $85 I paid. it’s more like a $50 quality but it serves its purpose.

Family loves it
Works great no problems if anything changes I’ll update the review. Has the upper and lower bar for pull-ups and chin-ups or whatever you wanna do with it. It’s a large array of door sizes to. Superstrong Way better than most. This is known by a few names but it all is the same thing

Well worth the investment for home fitness!!
I purchased this product over two months ago. The product itself is excellent. Very sturdy, strong and well made. You must be precise in the measurements though and it is helpful to have a good drill bit to insert the screws into the doorframe. Customer service is also excellent! It was delivered without the workout strap as listed, however when I called the company on this, they took my information and sent me out the strap the next day. I use the bar alongside gravity boots for decompression therapy, or abdominal work, as well as pull-ups, chin-ups, and along with my THX straps.

Great materials. Made well
Great materials. Made well. Would give it a 5 but (a) it's quite hard to get your legs up to the top bar for inversion (we don't do it without a partner/spotter) (b) it rolls away from you when attempting to swing up for inversion, so we had to modify a fastener to the wall making it harder to remove (also good reason to have a partner/spotter).

Excellent
I bought this rack with the Teeter gravity boots and they are both great and alot of fun to use. The boots are comfortable (keep your toes poiting towards the ceiling for more comfort).I've only had them 1 1/2 weeks so far but it makes my back feel so much better after inversion and inverted stretching and exercise. Also, having the bar fitted constantly encourages me to do pull-ups and other excercises spontaneously, without the hastle of going to the gym. I can see and feel the difference in my back pain as well as arm and stomach definition aleady. Highly recommended.

An absolutely amazing product. Resolved my issue of having a low ceiling and no door frame required for other door pull-up products.

To small for doorways and no longer includes boots for same price!
Item was originally advertised with boots but now doesn't include them but is the same price. The item may be OK if it actually fitted the average doorway. You are better finding a unit which fits more modern doorways - as it stands this is a useless design which should include the boots but (until recently doesn't). You may want to check the seller feedback too before going further. Its not great.
