HairMax LaserComb Premium 3 Piece

I tried this for 6 months and found out that I had wasted $450. This is a product sold to people that hope to prevent hair loss and are gullible enough to pay this kind of money for it. Further more, the device started going off intermittently as the application was proceeding -- when I checked with the terms of the warranty it said that I have to mail it in (who knows when one would have seen it back again) there was not a phone number to call the manufacturere and the warranty sheet said that it was only good for one year. $450 and a warranty that is only good for one year? having problems after 6 months? No phone number to call? no service representative? As I said I sincerely believe that this device was made to cash in on people's hope and it would not worth even $10 -- and I believe that the people who are selling it figured that if you put a high price on it, many people would think that it must be some sort of an effective gadget that is worth this much -- by the time they figure out that they were had, the sellers are laughing somewhere in Hawaii!!!.

I'm 30 years of age and tried many medications from herbal to rogane without any help and the side effects were troublesome. Anyway, once hairmax was approved by FDA, I gave it a try. It's been 4 months that I'm using it. For Thanks Giving I visited my sisters whom haven't seen me in one year. They were shocked by the change in the my hair. The good thing is hairmax doesn't irritate the scalp. It's not hair transplant for sure but for about 300-500$ it really worth it. The only concern that I have is long term use of hairmax and its side effects. Unfortunately there is no way to tell in long run what side effect hairmax has, but till then I'm happy with hairmax.

I have been using this comb for about 2 and 1/2 years. The first and second year I shed just as much as I did before I started using it. Now, these past months, I've noticed a slight decrease. Even though I still shed, new hair grows in its place and I've maintained the amount of hair that I had when I started using this comb.I wanted to be absolutely sure before I wrote this review whether it worked. After the 1st year I wanted to give up, but I noticed my hair wasn't receding anymore even though I was shedding copiously. Now I realize the shedding is no big deal, because new hair grows in its place, my hair is getting thicker, and my hairline is no longer receding.I use it with rogaine. Using both rogaine and the lasercomb together is a winning combination because rogaine by itself didn't work. I don't know at this point whether using the lasercomb by itself would be equally effective. Right now, I don't want to take any chances and will continue using the two together as long as I can.The only drawback is that it's tedious to use this thing 3 times a week. Other than that, it works so I can't complain that much.Thank you Hairmax for stopping my hair loss. I only wish I had learned about this sooner, so I could've treated the problem in the initial stages.

I saw it used on the Rachel Ray Show on her Human Lab segment a couple of years ago, but kept putting it off. Hair Max instructions were easy, and what they said the Hair Max would do it did for me. You use it 3 times a week all over your head. After about 2 weeks my hair was not as flat, had more body. After 3 months my hair is thicker, I can see the little short new hair coming in, can't see my scalp when it is wet now. They said it may take up to 6 months to notice a change. I had used generic Minoxidil for women, it worked for me , but I did not like the feel of it on my hair and it made my hair dull, and it has to be put on 2 times a day. UPDATE 5/2012: I have to say that it seemed to work for the first 7 or 8 months, but my hair started to get thin again. I went back to the minoxidil and in about 3 months my hair started to get thicker. Using the Hair Laser still seems to give my hair more body and using both makes my hair look better.

I saw ZERO improvement of hair growth. Like Minoxidol products - there are no guarantees. Also the beeper .to time each stroke. stopped working, So I just started looking at a nearby clock while using.. This was a pretty pricey item, for me, not to get any benefits.

Doesn't work

I ordered a hiarmax as gift for my father. I can't tell how the product work because I did not use it by myself. I can provide an idea about the sellers who provide a wonderful service and the price too. the product came with no warranty and instruction at first when it shipped to me and the seller provide them later once I asked him to do so. He also made a discount 20 dollars for me as well and gave me a warranty for this product two more years in addition to the original one year warranty by the manufacture.Highly recommended to deal with this seller.
