Very loud at startup
Installed it 3 days ago and bottom right corner of front grate/grill is cracked and the unit was very, very loud when first turned on. After about 5 minutes, the noise settle a little bit but is still loud. Sounds like it is going to blow up. Will wait a few weeks and see if it operates at a normal level. It does blow cold air for now.
