Great camera good clear high quality vision day or night functions as it should

Camera works well and fairly easy to setup.Recently they changed the software and now it constantly pesters you to pay for cloud storage and will only hold 3 days of video on the memory chip installed. The chip is optional, I installed one and with the change in software I cannot access all of the videos.

We wanted a camera on our front porch that would not just pan, tilt, and zoom, but would automatically track movement that would come within range of the motion sensor. This camera fit the bill. I would also like to note here, our front porch faces north, and the camera is mounted in the upper southeast corner, up under the porch roof, so it is always in the shade. It worked perfectly at first, however after about 3 months it stopped auto-tracking. It still does everything else just fine. It recognizes movement by showing a box around the person or thing moving, but it no longer tracks it. We can still pan, tilt, and zoom using either a mouse with the NVR hooked up to a monitor, or using our telephones and logging into the WallPixel app. We can even talk to someone thru the camera, day or night, using the phone app. In the end, it's not really that big of a deal. The camera wasn't that expensive to begin with, and we still have a view of our entire front porch area, sidewalk up to it, our entire driveway, and even the street in front of our house. So, it's all good. The colors are great in the daytime, of course just black and white at night, but still a better than average picture overall.

As expected and love the range of motion. High quality product! Excellent value for the money. Picture is clear and sharp.

I just completed the installation and everything went well. I cannot speak to the value just yet. But all the features are operating perfectly.

I bought this product last year in October and it was working great until about 1 or 2 months ago. It will go offline completely and the security white lights will come on. The only way it will start working again is if I move the camera until the lights come off then it will work for a couple of hours, then the lights will turn back on and I know that means the camera is offline and not working again. Kind of annoying and not convenient to have to move the camera so often to get it to work, especially if you are out during the time you need your camera to work. I have tried resetting the camera and reconnecting to wifi but the same issue continues.
