When I first tried this bread I could really taste the coconut and I was unsure about it.Two or three breakfasts later I couldn’t taste the coconut anymore!Now it reminds me more of a nutty soda bread, and breakfast has become my favourite meal of the day.I buy a couple loaves at a time to save on postage. It can be sliced and put in the freezer for later use. Only downside is the price, it’s a bit expensive.The cinnamon bagels and pizza base I would also recommend. These I also freeze.

It has a soft texture with a great taste.The amount of carb and sugar is really low which is perfect for keto diet. I’ve tried different keto brands but this one is the best as it’s soy free and uses organic ingredients and it is of a high quality at the same time. I think that’s why it’s more expensive than the other brands. I can’t buy it frequently because of the price but I’d prefer to spend my money on the product which is a real keto and organic than other brands that are called keto but when you read the ingredients and nutrient table you understand that is not true.
