Tasty and easy to make
This product is great - really good flavour and easy to make. I just add coconut oil and bananas!

Haven't had banana cake / loaf for years.Found this by chance and gave it a go - the banana loaf didn't last long :)Just bought another

Great flavour but better for bread than pancakes
It tasted great however, I used it as per instructions for banana pancakes and found the consistency not great for this. Was quite difficult to turn without ruining even in a non stick pan. That being said I would order again due to nice taste and perhaps use for the bread instead.

Great cake mix!
It’s amazing, I added dark chocolate to make it sweeter, you do need to add honey or something if you’re not using chocolate but really good mix and easy to make!!!

Delicious
Two large bananas in the mix, half a teaspoon of maple syrup and another banana broken up into pieces pushes into the mixture when in the loaf pan. Served slightly warm with butter and it was Devine. So glad it worked first time. A lovely hint of cinnamon in the mix which goes so well with the banana. Light, fluffy and nicely risen. I used my electric hand whisk so don’t know if that helped 😋

Very easy to rustle up
I added an egg and used hemp oil instead of butter, as I'm not vegan. I think this is foolproof and the texture was lovely, a!though I could taste the raising agent. That said, I have ordered another packet 👍

It’s OK.
I feel this product is a bit of a gimmick. It’s nothing special. Overly processed. I won’t buy this again.
