Exactly as described, comes with 3 perfect brush heads!! These are definitely one of my all-time favorites, the little SILICONE part within the middle of the brush is the best! Really makes your teeth feel clean! It has a small enough head for people with SMALLER MOUTHS. Bristles are also very SOFT, so It does take some getting used to the sensitivity of it, but only took about a week for me to adjust fully! Each comes PACKAGED SEPARATELY making it very sanitary for when you open a new one. For user reference I do not recommend removing the head to clean under it after EVERY brush, they tend to loosen overtime if you do. Overall recommend to family, friends and now everyone!

Everything is great with the brush heads. It's reassuring that we will automatically receive new ones when it's time, without us remembering when.
