Loved this book as a guide for understanding your soul journey, its fascinating and healing and really good to feel like you aren't alone in how you feel at times in this life! If you truly are an old soul the political (i use this word loosely- every thing is political and we all have views) sprinkling will resonate not offend. Its relevant in helping us understand others and the way the world is run. If like me you despair at the control & fear based politics then it will help ease your mind not anger you. Plus you actually are an independent thinking adult and can just decide to take what you need from a book and leave the rest...

An easy to read narrative which addresses key aspects of living your life supported by real Iife examples. The models for assessing your soul’s progress are easy to apply and help to inform you on who you are.A book to be recommended if you have a curiosity about your soul, your past and your future.Thank you, Ainslie

A well written spiritual book on the topic of old souls. An excellent read, very insightful and thought provoking. Will consider other titles by Mackeod.

A bit of a rehash of the earlier two books by this Author but a worthwhile read nonetheless.

This book answered many of my spiritual questions and I now understand reasons we incarnation and life paths we chose to experience. Please continue writing!

I have yet to start reading this book as I am coming to the end of my previous book. However, I have read a paragraph here and there and cannot wait to start reading The Old Soul’s Guidebook. It sounds like it is going to be a very interesting read and I also hope to learn from it.

I loved this book. It’s been the only read I’ve highlighted sections to go back and revisit as they sat with my truth’s. If you feel you don’t really know why…. But are adamant you are not coming back to earth. Then trust me this book is for you!
