Great product. Easy to set up!I get so frustrated with reviews regarding the directions, shipping, etc. Reviews should be about the product!Found the directions online and preferred to use them on my phone instead of a printed copy. Initial setup was a little scary, due to drilling and screwing into the side of our brand new trailer. Step by step directions were clear and easy to follow. You will need a ladder and it’s much easier with two people to prevent dragging, blowing around of panels, etc.

This absolutely blows I ended up buying this thing and it totally doesn't have any instructions to how to put it up it has no value grow at all a comes with 3 pieces of material nothing to block on and eat the camper from the mosquitoes coming from the reverse side of the wall I am so disappointed I'm trying to get my money back and it will not even give me a choice to get my money back or refund I am never going to purchase another thing from solera.... I try to reach out to customer service and they told me that I am to get in touch with Amazon I try to reach out to Amazon and they tell me to get in touch with the company it is a no wind situation now I am stuck with almost a $500room.. with no use for it... I have to give them one star to actually post this otherwise I wouldn't even do that what a waste of my money

I wanted to give this product more stars but the end result is just not what is pictured. There is a significant gap between the side walls and top allowing bug access and no way to attach the side walls to the top, had to improvise with outdoor rated Velcro. This is a good attempt but overall not worth the money.

Our trailer has a Solera awning so it made sense to get this screen room. The brackets were easy to attach to the trailer as were the snaps the glue to the bottom side. While the directions say it takes 2 people I found I can put the room up alone. Our Solera awning has a pull down feature allowing the front panel to be slid in place easily with no ladder. I also unzipped the front panel from the header which gave less material to move along the track. I had no problem printing out the instructions from the web site and they were easy to follow once I got things laid out. I can set up and tear down in 15 minutes or so. We just returned from a week stay at Point of Rocks in Prescott Az. The room worked really well. Great investment for us!!

DONT BUY. NO INSTRUCTIONS MISSING ESSENTIAL PARTS. NO VIDEOS ON INSTALLATION. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOT WORTH the money.

Instructions were minimal at best. Not even a you tube video. Visibility from inside the camper is minimal if the height of your awning is on the lower end of recommendations. It is heavy and pulls down on the awning.

I ordered an 11’ and it doesn’t fit... it’s only 9.5.... waste of $600

Cons: The family room came without any paperwork. No assembly instructions.The storage bags mentioned on line were not in the box.Pros: The family room does what is advertised. It looks pretty good once completely assembled.. Took a while to adjust the zippers.

si vous n'avez pas les qualités pour modifier cette article ne pas acheté car il n'est vraiment pas universel pour une roulotte standart ca ne va pas il a fallue moi et ma conjointe de modifier tout les hauteurs des panneaux car il sont fait pour des roulotte tres haute (fiftweel),donc pas vraiment adapté pour tout les roulottes,par contre le prix sur amazon en vallait la peine car payé 1000.00 dollars de moin que centre de roulotte

Not sure if the product is good or bad but their quality control is suspect as we ordered a 20' room and when it arrived it was in a box marked as 20' but when we took it out of the bag to install it, it was a 14' room.

Poor quality, fabric color changed after only 2 weeks, no instructions out of the box and online instructions doesn’t fit. No possibility to interchange the door and hard to adjust, do not buy!!!
