Really like this brand
Just installed the 3-way switch in the kitchen. It works perfectly and just so you’re aware, you only need to install one of these in each 3-way setup. So if you have 2 switches controlling the kitchen lights just install one of these and it will work. I use the smart life app that is skill enabled with Alexa. If you manually turn off the light with the non-WiFi switch, the new WiFi one will recognize it and still be able to voice control it on/off. 100% recommend these.

Great switch but Gosund Alexa skill frustrating but here is the trick.
This switch installed fairly well and was easy to set up in the Gosund App. I watched the YouTube video which helped me make sure I connected the right wires to the right terminals. It worked without connecting the ground wire but I decided to hook it up anyway. The reasn I know that is I hooked this switch up live. I couldn’t find the right circuit breaker and I have done switches hot multiple time without trouble. I do not suggest it if you are not very experienced. What frustrated me was trying to get this to work in the Alexa App. Make sure the device you are using is connected to the 2.4 wifi and not 5.0. But if you can’t get your phone or whatever device that you used to set up the switch in the Gosund App to work than the solution is to use another device. I used my Iapad. Alexa was already on it so I loaded the Gosund App and logged in. Not sure you have to do that because Alexa will ask you to log in on the setup. Just go to add a device on Alexa, go through the steps, like selecting a switch and then click other to bring up the Gosund Skill, enable and it will take you were your other device would not go, then the login for the Gosund will come up and the rest will be history. This happened to me with another device a while back that was previously functioning and I had to uninstall and go to a new network. I tried 50 times with my cell phone but when it tried a new device, my Ipad, it worked the first time. Even someone else’s phone, like your spouse’s, might work. Also, if you don’t replace both switches on a dual light switch panel and you have different light switch types, then you will need to get creative like the pic. I didn’t have any white ones and this switch is in a hallway, so no big deal. I had to take the plate out to my table saw and cut it down to fit. The other switch is also a 3 way but no need to put in a wifi, the light is usually always off anyway. As for the Gosund switch, it controls the kitchen lights and I usually forget to turn it off. Therefore, when I get all comfortable in my Lazy Boy the wife asks me to turn it off. So much easier now.

Awesome switch for the price and feature set.
We thoroughly enjoy these Gosund switches. Nearly the entire single family home is outfitted with some version of Gosund wifi switches. Most likely by the end of the month the other two bedrooms will have them as well. The look sleek. They push button switches with a mouse click type sound when they are turned on or off whether you press them or remotely activate them. It might annoy some people but it doesn't seem to bother us.As for the three pole switch, you only need one of these switches in the curcit to control your lights and you can have just a regular three pole switch in the second location. I kind of wish Gosund had just a matching non-smart non-wifi push switch to match aesthetic of these. We were stuck with placing standard rocker switches the second locations. If your already pretty handy around the house, these products are easy enough to install. They include a full color installation guide which I was impressed with. If your not comfortable working the electrical wiring in your home, watch a few tutorials online or more importantly CALL A PROFESSIONAL! These switches do have some depth to them. So if your installing more than one in to a box you may have issues like I did trying to pack all those wires in such a tight space. After installation connecting all the switches can a little bit of a headache. But I've had issues before connecting a number of wifi controlled smart devices all at the same time. We installed 18 switches at once. With so many switches all looking to pair at once there plenty of times the Gosund app would not find anything. So be aware that you may have to hit that rescan a number of times before one will be found. As the initial paring cycle stopped and I had to manually set the switches to paring mode, the app would recognize and set them up quicker. The app does do a good job at walking through the pairing prosess. My only issues with the app is that in order to change the deviceID I have to select the switch, click two different edit icons, and then a name field. Give me a long press or something a couple steps earlier.I can't speak to Alexa integration though Gosund says it's supported. As for Google Home, they work flawless. I have set up routines to turn off all lights my wife loves to leave on. Some switches in our house are in off locations so controlling them by voice is a God sent. In my testing, I did noticed that these switches are not SmartThings compatible nor Apple Home compatible. The manufacturer never claimed that they would be compatible with those services so no sweat off my back.
