The WARN 106396 Semi-Hidden Winch Mount Kit fits the 2020 Subaru Outback models. This mount is easy-to-install, with minimal plastic trimming only, and no drilling or grinding required. There are provisions to mount a license plate as well as provisions to mount 1/2" D-rings (5/8" pin diameter) for a robust recovery point (OE tow point is not rated for vehicle recovery). This winch mount gives you the option to mount either a winch or a 20" light bar in place of the winch. If you want both, the optional bolt-on grille guard tube (PN 106398 sold separately) includes provisions to mount lights. This mounting kit is compatible parking sensors, vision systems, underbody skid plates, as well as other driving aids. Awesome bumper for an awesome car!
This bumper is great! Easy to install if you have a couple hours and friend to help, especially if you follow the video on YouTube. Looks great and is very functional. Fits well with Primitive Racing skid plates. Wish the the pin holes for the D ring shackles were a larger diameter, because the ones on the bumper limit you to buying the Warn shackles or pretty plain, simple D rings. The bumper, bar and winch all work perfect from Warn. Can’t wait till they come out with the wireless remote for the winch.

Number and Bull bar sold separately
I used this on my 2019 Crosstrek.I disliked the wrench that came with the product. mounting the bar was difficult. so I used a 14mm open end wrench and an align key to tighten.It will weigh your front end down a little, other than that this bumper by Warn is amazing!

Great addition.
I’m completely happy with this. I had to send the 1st on back due to missing welds. Check it thoroughly. Install was straight forward. Looks fantastic!

Well made and a perfect fit
I could not be happier with this mod. Even without a winch, it’s nice to have real recovery points up front. I did not add the grill guard. I figured I could down the road. But now I like it the way it is and might not.

You need to remove the bumper beam in front of the radiator. and cut the bumper to install.

This is false advertising. For $720 you only get the brush bar which is only $170. You don’t get the actual bumper that the post looks like you are buying from the description. Fix the description

Great Bumper for a complete Off-road look
I'm going to be honest I was terrified to cut up the bumper on my 2020 Crosstrek but if you take your time and cut a little off at a time, it turns out just fine! Absolutely love this bumper qnd it gives it the off-road look I'm going for for my build! Got this as a gift and decided to post a review on Amazon since it probably gets more traffic than anywhere else. Great little bumper. It shown some signs of slight rust in places like the shackle mounts and the welds but I've been keeping an eye on it pretty often and when a new rust spot starts to pop up, I'll hit it with a wire brush and then spray flat black Rust-Oleum on it and it blends right in. All together, I couldn't be happier with this bumper. I'm still riding on stock suspension for now and the weight of the bumper doesn't seem to effect the ride quality or make the front end sag. Definitely worth the money!
