Easy to use, adjustable and keeps the toddlers and babies out!
The media could not be loaded. I like the size of this cover. It can accommodate larger plugs which is perfect otherwise it wouldn’t be As useful! I also like that it comes apart into three different pieces making it easy to install. It’s a bit noisy since it’s made of plastic but other than that it serves its purpose 100%. I actually have five of these throughout my house, one in the nursery, one in my toddlers room, my room, and the office as well as the family room. They’re worth every penny and the fact that they’re white makes them blend in with my house/ decor. Oh, and I’ve had these for over a year now and they’re sturdy as well!

Effective, but...
We bought this product because we have an eight month old that just figured out how to crawl and has been tearing around the house to grab everything in range. While this cover does a great job protecting the baby from the open sockets, it doesn't do as much to protect your devices plugged in. Frequently he will just grab the base of the cord at the top of the opening and tug, unplugging the device. Now, the opening isn't wide enough to get the plug out, so presumably he only does it for spite. Still, the product works and works quite effectively.

Pretty good for short power strips
There is definitely a limit to the use of this product. I am pretty sure when I bought the first one it didn't have the dimensions, but now it does at 13.5 inches. That isn't very large in all honesty. It fits out kasa 3 outlet smart outlet with two usb ports, but the large one with 5 outlets that measures 14.25, haha. Yeah, we just tried it today only to realize that it wasn't gonna work. It works pretty good otherwise. People are saying it is 'cumbersome' but I am not sure you are going to find anything smaller for a powerstrip, it seems to keep baby out of it, and out smart power strip has buttons to turn/off devices (mostly for ill with baby and pets walking over them, lol) so having this cover is good. I wish it was a couple inches longer or came in a longer size as longer power strips aren't that uncommon, but apparently are hard to find actually BABY proofing solutions for, not just 'cable management' boxes. But it is what it is, and if you measure it's good!

Sturdy and well constructed
I have no idea how some reviewers and their children managed to get their hands all the way inside this cover when it was properly closed. The opening in the top is barely over an inch at its widest point! I can only assume they did not close it according to the instructions - there are three pieces and they all fit together nicely.Pros: sturdy, plenty of space to fit awkwardly-shaped plugs, attaches to the wall, slit at the top allows cords to come through without getting tangled or stuck.Cons: a bit bulky (the price you pay for being able to fit big plugs inside), takes some work to take apart/put back together - which you obviously need to do to plug/unplug things (but it's childproof, and you can't have that without making it more difficult for adults too!), stuff can still be unplugged if the baby gets ahold of the cords (but the kid can't touch them without pulling them out, at which point they're obviously not dangerous anymore). Yes, fingers can get through the slit at the top, but unless your kid has adult-length fingers it's not a problem.Basically all the cons are to be expected or worth it. Solid product.

The solution for protecting your power strips
We have a power strip in a spot where our dogs like to drag their blankets and lay down. They're constantly bumping against the cords, loosening them. This was exactly what we needed to keep the cords in place and keep the power strip from being accidentally turned off. The cover is strong but easy to use, just follow the directions on the box. Ours sits on the floor but the cover is also designed to be mounted to the wall if you choose. Great product.

Power strip cover
Works perfectly except on the very long power strips.

Just okay, but wouldn't buy again
Works as described, although it's very large. I don't have it in front of me, but would estimate it's a good 5-6 inches in diameter. On the plus side, plenty big enough to have those plugs where sometimes there's a big brick on the plug (computer or something). We use ours for the TV and stereo. This was really too large to have it sit between the TV cabinet and the wall. You would need the TV cabinet or stand to sit pretty far out from the wall....in many ways creating a new danger in the house because my son was then compelled to try and crawl behind it. It also won't fit under the cabinet, as the legs are only 4 inches. I ended up storing it inside the cabinet behind the stereo. Works fine, but kind of defeats the purpose if the power strip is inside the cabinet.I have another power strip that sits at a computer desk, with it located behind a file cabinet. This is just too big to place behind the cabinet. If you factor in the moulding on the wall (1/2 inch or so) I would need to move the file cabinet a full 6 inches or more from the wall! Just looks goofy to do that.In summary....decent product, but it's big so make sure you have the space for it.

As described
Definitely toddlerproof. Takes me, an adult, two hands and a good position to get it undone. Sturdy. Easy to assemble.
