Prestige

This movie is probably one of the best movies I have ever seen. The acting, the plot were all done very well with an all star cast of actors. Everyone should buy this movie.

...I suppose you could ruin it for yourself. Me, I just flow along with the events, the characters and their emotional relationships, and the consequences thereof.And I will say, when I watched it in the theater, afterwards I stood staring unfocused, re-watching the entire movie in my head because it was a different movie than the one I had just watched and enjoyed. So many things were different, so many motivations wildly other than what I had assumed. I fondly remember that experience, fending off my wife while I re-processed everything. ("Can we just GO? You're not even reading the credits!")My hope, and the reason for the 5-star review, is that you too will have such a rare and enjoyable experience with this well-thought-out, well-cast and well-acted movie.

This is a great movie that has a few surprises for those who like an in depth type of movie with a great ending. The family loved it.

The best thing that you can say about any movie is that after you finish watching it the first time you immediately want to see it again. That is The Prestige. An under-rated masterpiece.
