I have an old Panasonic cordless phone system throughout my house and I love it so I do not want to change it. Batteries for the system are not so easy to find but this compamny has them and they work just great !!

I don't know what the issue was, but the first few times I tried to charge it, it didn't charge AT ALL!It came with no charge at all, and I let it charge for 24 hours before trying it the first time. It was still empty. We went back and forth between the original battery and this one, until finally it took a charge.She uses it all the time now, without issue. I ALMOST asked for a refund.

Replacement for my old Panasonic cordless telephone. The plug easily fit in the telephone and the telephone works fine now. Good value instead of buying a new telephone.

Started to smolder when put in phone. Not sure if it was phones problem or product. Needless to say both are junk now.

I don't know if it is the older panasonic or the wire connector from battery to phone, but it was difficult to get the connection to stay in- had to tape it, push the wires down and quickly put battery cover on. Finally it began to charge.
