Purchased this belt almost 2 months ago. I have used it twice a day for a total of an hour, the results are well worth it. Use of this device has tightened my core to such extreme that it has changed many aspects of my life. With a strong core, it reduces the stress on your back while performing the simplest of activities, I sit more comfortably, walk using my ab muscles (believe it or not), orgasms are more intense (you feel it through your core as you flex) and sleep in positions that I have never before and am just all around more comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. In addition to these benefits, there is the aesthetics, a tight core looks good. My Abs are somewhat visible now - does a lot for self confidence.The Pads - I have noticed other reviewers saying that the pads do not last long - this is simply not the case. I have not changed pads in almost 6 weeks. The pad is nothing more than a cutout of material with gel on it - through which the pulses are transmitted to your muscles. The idea is to keep the gel fresh so that you get good contact with your skin. If you buy Spectra 360 Electrode Gel (3 tubes $11) and apply it after each use, I am convinced that the pads will last up to a year. The reason for this is that the cutout of material does not wear. I think these people are throwing away pads after the gel has dried up, that would not be cost effective.All in all, I am beyond pleased with this product, well worth the money.

It is not going to give you a six pack like the models in the pictures. But you will see some results. I used it until I eventually plateaued at the hardest setting. At that point, I did see some signs of a six pack which motivated me to move on to real weighted sit ups. For that, this is a good device. But I must have been using it everyday for at least 5 times a day. When I started, I was on a healthy diet (since eating right is the most important),m and at a normal weight. Slim but not skinny, just a hint of a belly. And 21 years old. Took about 4-5 weeks to see the results I'm telling you about.

I've been using the belt for two weeks and it is kickin my butt. After I purchased the product an advertisement for a lesser version of the product showed up in my Facebook feed and I watched the sales pitch video. In the video they suggest pushing yourself to see if you can set the stimulation value higher each time and i have been doing just that. The results are better then I expected. I wasn't looking for something to give me six pack abs, that requires dieting. I wanted something to increase my core strength and stamina for snowmobiling and snowboarding. I'm on track to reach my goals with a couple weeks to spare. I would highly recommend this product.cons: after a session my abs look bigger than usually. Just like if I worked out any other muscle. This pumping up effect fades in an hour or two just like with any other muscle. That's it! nothing else bad I can think of. maybe that the pads are really cold when you first put them against your skin...

The product works fine, however it's terrible quality. The wiring began to fall apart after 4 months of usage (and the product was carefully taken care of and was no abused or mishandled in any way). The belt also began to stain everything it touched, my shirts, my bedding, and even my skin. It took between 4-5 months to notice, as I didn't know where it was coming from. I never sweat while using the belt, nor did it ever get wet. It's just cheap garbage for the price you pay. I had an older model prior and it never had these issues, however the old model was never strong enough. This new model is stronger and better in that regard, but the quality this time was crap. I also contacted the manufacturer and they were not helpful. It was very disapointing. If you are rich and only want to use it for 3 months, then it would probably be ok.

This thing really works. I was so so so skeptical to buy, reviews were mostly positive but so many can be fake.... I still decided to give it a try and return it if it was a waste of money. I have been using it on and off for 3 weeks and I swear to God my tummy feels more sucked in and my abs muscle seem stronger. Make sure you don't overuse it though or use two EMS devices at the same time. I did and felt funny for a few days. I also got the arm and bottom belts but have not been using them as much, need to start that as well.
