Decent for price
The padding is thin but overall pretty decent for price I weight 220 and jump on it only thing is my net ripped at top I plan on calling and see if I can get a replacement net other than that kids love it I have 3 kids 10,8 & 6

Trampoline
I was provided tracking when I first ordered this back in April. Now nothing shows up. Very disappointed. I ordered two of them for my grandbabies to get energy out during this whole pandemic. Said it was a US seller, guessing you can't trust anything anymore buying online. I ordered mine through Amazon prime.

Don't waste your money
This took 4 months to get to us. They have no tracking ability. The box was ripped on both ends. There were no directions for the safety net. One metal ring section broke, while we were putting it together. The sring pull came apart on the fourth spring. There is a hole in the safty net. I just hope that if more than one kid jumps on it that they don't go threw the jump mat, you can see through it. Don't waste your money. Spend a little more for a better product. I wish I had.

Arrived yesterday after placing order end of May. Unlike other reviews, I got a response from company about shipping status. I paid extra for expedited shipping and they refunded it without my asking which was a nice surprise. Totally understand delay in manufacturing due to everyone ordering trampolines during pandemic. Box wasn’t best shape but not company fault since it was shipped and handled at various locations and is big and heavy. Parts inside were fine. Assembly was fine. Tool to attach mat / springs to frame isn’t the most helpful but we watched a YouTube which was worked. Kids jumping on it now.

NEED MISSING PARTS FAST!!!!!!!
After waiting "MONTHS" for this "VERY LATE" childs Birthday gift...the box was dropped in the wrong delivery location and had a HUGE hole in it...which ultimately meant some "EXTREMELY IMPORTANT SAFETY PIECES/PARTS ARE MISSING"There are supposed to be two(2)boxes of 36 springs - totaling 72 springs to assemble this trampoline SAFELY! So I want another box of the correct springs delivered FREE OF CHARGE-ASAP to the address on my account. And it has to be QUICK, my LL sold this house and I have to move quickly 😥😡💔
