Saw this on a shelf of a local asian food store bought on a whim. This is one of those sauces you say Hey! where you been all my life. I know taste buds are very subjective and not everyone likes the same thing. But if you like savory not to sweet or salty along the lines of pickles you will enjoy this.

I received a bottle from my Chinese coworker. They told me to make hard boiled eggs, peel them, then marinade them in this sauce for about a day. I normally hate hard boiled eggs but this sauce makes them delicious!My coworker said its also a good marinade for shrimp and pork but I haven't tried that yet.
