These bags were exactly what I was looking for to protect my daughter's prom dresses and my wedding dress. They are made well, just the right size, and I think they will continue to protect our treasured memories for years to come. I would recommend these bags to anyone wanting to protect a long evening gown or wedding gown.

These are fantastic!! They are clear and not too heavy weight. But heavy enough to provide good protection!! I love these. I highly recommend them! The size is perfect. Wonderful product!

I ordered these bags because I needed at least 5 for my better quality dresses. Even though I think the price for these 6 dress bags are rather expensive, as they all are, I am happy with the overall quality. The plastic is not super thick, but it doesn't need to be for my needs. They are of better quality than others I have seen that are less expensive. I mean how thick do you need the plastic to be anyway? I don't like the description of "Showerproof." I think it was to describe the plastic, but it is misleading. I wouldn't say the plastic is the same as a clear shower curtain, but it is thinner. They are much much better than a dry cleaners bag as some have stated with some other brand of bags that are less expensive. I do feel that the bags would repel any water (or anything else) that would accidentally get on the bag without any resulting issues. These do the job and I feel secure they will protect my dresses from dust. I also wanted bags with a length of 72" because my dresses are all midi length and wanted to make sure I didn't have to bunch them up at the bottom of the bag. I also found that they fit 2 dresses very comfortably without "squishing." The only issue I had with these bags were with the zippers. When I first unzipped a bag in a downward fashion, the sides did not separate, but when I pulled the zipper back up towards the top where the hanger would go through, the sides would separate (You would think they would close the sides together). I then pulled the zipper back down (the sides separated) , placed the dress inside the bag and zipped the bag up and the sides closed together as normal. It was weird. When I unzipped and re-zipped again, it functioned as a normal zipper would though at first I thought the zippers were broken. It happened with 4 of the 6 bags. I have not used the other 2 bags yet. I wouldn't say the zippers were of great quality, but I feel good that they will last. I thought how often will I be zipping and unzipping the bags anyway with my casual lifestyle? Overall these bags met my needs and am sure I will have them as long as I need. I am overall happy with the quality and quantity for the price! After all dress bags are not something you need to replace all the time.

I was hoping this was that thicker vinyl clear plastic but instead it's like a giant ziplock bag. Not the freezer kind but the thin regular bags! It willWork but can rip and tear as any other thin bag can. Oh well. Years ago I bought a really nice thick one from bed bath beyond. They still have them but only the shorter ones now. Will keep looking.

Great for all the gowns for my brothers wedding. Easy to see everything inside and store.

I ordered these for our formal gowns that we will be caring in our store this season. I ordered 50+ and have had 5 zippers break on them already. No forceful pulling or snagging just easily zipping up the bag and the zipper came right off track.We spent a lot of money on these bags and unfortunately will not be going with this brand again.

Sheerness. Can see which dress is which. Have quite a few maxi dresses and they are really long and I am really tall. Put them away for the summer and keep them clean in the closet.
