Rich, complex flavors. Excellent soy sauce.
This soy sauce is absolutely delicious. The sauce is relatively thick, and it has a rich complex taste. It was a little pricey but I did not care - this soy sauce is truly satisfying. Highly recommended.

Great stuff as long as it's kept fresh
It gets extremely bitter, and almost unbearably so, if you leave it on the counter -- but nowhere on it does it say that it's required to be refrigerated after opening.... I haven't tried refrigerating after opening, but I feel like it loses a lot of the great smooth flavors after it's opened. The initial taste is absolutely wonderful, and well worth the money. Quality is excellent - much higher than the usual Kikkoman brand that all the restaurants carry... Has a nice necked-down pour-able top, which is keyway shaped, instead of just a general hole.

Flavor without the salt overload
This was my first proper venture into real Asian soy sauce. This, and the others I've tried so far, has a much richer blend of flavors than American grocery brands, and without the salt overload that so often accompanies the likes of Kikkoman and such.

Excellent!
Excellent! Expensive as a very fine wine but you don’t drink it like wine. There are other brews that are excellent too so do try them. There’s no accounting for taste.

Rich flavor and alcohol-free!
Compared to the typical store-bought soy sauces, the quality here is excellent. The flavor is significantly richer and it is actually quite complex. While it does have a slightly higher salt content than I anticipated for a double-brewed sauce, this is easily outweighed by the superior taste. Plus, the fact that it's made without alcohol as a preservative is a definite plus. The main downside, however, is the considerable cost, which I can see being a barrier for many.

Amazing
Absolutely would recommend. The difference is obvious and absolutely worth the price if you’re looking for a high quality soy sauce. Its rich flavor and smooth texture is amazing and could easily go on white rice alone.
